Seth Dharamdas (Trilok Kapoor), a wealthy businessman, plans to sell one of his factories to Dhanraj (Prem Chopra). Excited by the deal, Dhanraj informs his partner, Ajit Roy (Om Shivpuri), who harbors ulterior motives. However, Dharamdas abruptly changes his mind and decides to cancel the sale. Desperate to proceed, Dhanraj conspires with Dharamdas's trusted employees, bribing them to commit murder.
Onboard a train, the quartet forces Dharamdas to sign critical documents before killing him and disposing of his body, staging his disappearance. As time passes and suspicions subside, the conspirators begin to die under mysterious circumstances. The police take charge of the investigation, but a chilling question looms: is the killer human, or has Dharamdas returned from beyond the grave to seek vengeance?
