Raj Singhania, a wealthy industrialist from Bombay, India, leads a life of luxury and success. His path crosses with a struggling music band led by Karan Malhotra, whose close confidante and girlfriend, Priya, shares his ambitions. Karan, eager to rise to fame, strikes a deal with Raj to have his band perform at a high-profile event. However, Karan and Priya secretly hatch a plan to seize Raj’s immense fortune. Their scheme involves Priya posing as a love interest to trick Raj into a sham marriage.
Fate intervenes when Raj and Priya meet by chance, and Raj falls deeply in love with her, unaware of the betrayal looming ahead.
